The Heritage Bungalow and the Owner’s Cottage together offer six suites across 50 acres of working tea plantation at over 5,000 feet. When you take the estate exclusively, the staff, the kitchen, the pavilion table, the fireplace, and the morning silence are yours alone — arranged around the rhythm of your days, not a hotel programme.
The estate does not become a venue. It remains what it has always been — a private home. You simply happen to have the whole of it.
Meals are prepared around your table and your preferences. Estate walks are timed to your mornings. The tea experience, the pavilion, the garden, the long views down into the valley — all of it moves at your pace, undisturbed.

The Heritage Bungalow and Owners Cottage accommodate up to seventeen guests — the whole of it yours, undivided. Reservations are open throughout the year. A minimum of two nights is required.
Breakfast is laid when you are ready. Afternoon tea arrives without announcement. In the evening, a four-course dinner is prepared for your table — drawn from what is fresh, what is local, and what the kitchen does well.
The plantation is yours to walk, guided by someone who knows every row. For those who wish to go further, a private visit to a working tea factory can be arranged. For stays of three nights or more, an evening barbecue is set in the garden.
The heated jacuzzi and infinity pool are yours exclusively. The croquet lawn, mini golf and reading library are there for the slow afternoons. Wi-Fi is available throughout, for those who still need it.
