Terms & Conditions

• Discount is applicable for the Owners Cottage rooms only by HSBC Premier Card
• Discount is applicable for the Heritage Bungalow rooms only by American Express Card
• Valid on single or double-sharing basis only. Additional guest charges will apply.
• Applicable only to Sri Lankan residents and resident Visa holders.
• The Guest must be the registered holder of the American Express credit card or HSBC Premier Card, through which the payment for the booking was made to avail the applicable discount.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

Cancellation policy:

• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and once confirmed the following cancellation policy applies.
• Free cancellation 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 14 – 7 days will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
• For room bookings of 3 or more, Free cancellation of 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 30 – 14 days will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
